Urban mixed use high rise building which replaced multiple smaller buildings and surface parking. The building now includes a high-end apartment complex with pool and amenities along with a Publix grocery store located on the ground floor. Parking is provided with an underground parking deck and stormwater takes advantage of an exfiltration system located within the building footprint.

This resort complex includes a Waldorf Astoria Resort, Hilton Hotel, convention center, parking garage, multiple resort style pools and additional site amenities. The site is adjacent to Walt Disney World Theme Parks and a resort golf course. Despite the typical flat Florida topography, this site required the use of retaining walls adjacent to existing wetlands.

This urban fire station was constructed to serve as the fire department's top station as well as their administrative offices. The fire station can be accessed by vehicles on two sides allowing flexibility to react to emergencies. This site includes a stormwater exfiltration system for the collection and treatment of stormwater runoff.

Some locations are better than others for alternative energy projects. As we continue to move towards alternative energy solutions, site evaluations will need to be conducted early in the process. We have assisted in the site feasibility and early design stages for solar and wind powered projects in several locations including North Carolina.

The additional surface parking and access road completed in conjunction with various adjacent projects will provide the YMCA room to grow. This project also involved utility relocation for the building expansion.

This 6-story, 119-room hotel built in accordance with Marriott standards includes an outdoor swimming pool, activity court and surface parking. For stormwater treatment and storage, the hotel was able to take advantage of an existing master planned stormwater pond.

Annual inspections are being required by an increasing amount of municipalities. This annual stormwater inspection of a dry pond with stormwater control structure and hardened emergency overflow was conducted in Wesley Chapel in compliance with their regulations. As common in these inspections, a few opportunities for improvement were identified.

Lincoln High School decided to locate their driver's education course closer to the school therefore increasing the amount of training provided to the students. This relocated course was designed to include standard driving and parking features including intersections.
