Jon Rosenau is a Professional Civil Engineer who works with landowners, property managers, homeowners' associations, municipalities, real estate companies and land developers on a wide range of civil engineering solutions. Jon understands that proper planning and early identification of opportunities is key to maximizing the potential for any property. He has a diverse engineering background which he applies to all of his projects.
Jon has worked for several civil engineering consulting firms since the late 1990s. He has worked on projects ranging from a few hundred square foot residential and commercial projects to mixed-use master plans spanning several square miles. He has participated in the design, permitting, inspection and remediation of various stormwater systems as well as many other land development components.
Jon is a registered Professional Engineer in North Carolina, South Carolina and Florida. He is a certified North Carolina Stormwater BMP Inspector and Charlotte-Mecklenburg Certified Site Inspector. He holds current U.S. Green Building Council® LEED® AP Building Design + Construction and California Governor's Office of Emergency Services Safety Assessment Program Evalutor credentials. Jon also serves as a Union County Chamber Ambassador. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering along with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Central Florida (UCF). Jon is proud of some of his earlier accomplishments including continuing the family traditions of obtaining his Eagle Scout Award and serving our country as an infantryman in the Florida Army National Guard. He likes stretching his legs outdoors, particularly on the soccer field and in the mountains. Jon resides in the Charlotte area with his wife and dog, but they enjoy making frequent trips to Tallahassee to visit family.
